The Founder
StrategiX was founded by Jimmie Butler, a longtime GovCon leader, coach, product strategist with decades of experience leading Product-Led transformation efforts across federal programs.
He’s the best-selling author of the books Deliver What Matters and Pursuing Timeless Agility, creator of the ProductOps for Government™ framwork, and a trusted advisor to public-sector leaders.
Jimmie’s work centers on helping agencies and their partners build clarity, accountability, and confidence in how they deliver.
