Types of Future Roles
At StrategiX, we expect future roles to center around coaching, consulting, and enabling mission-driven teams inside federal organizations. Most of our work sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, leadership, and digital transformation—what we like to call ProductOps for Government™.
Here are the kinds of roles we’ll likely be hiring for:
- Product Management Coaches—those who understand continuous discovery, delivery, and validation, and the role Agile plays in driving mission outcomes.
- Performance Management Consultants—those that understand how to train on, coach, and develop OKRs, KPIs, and other metrics used to inform decisions.
- Data Analysts—those that are able to compile, prep, and present data in dashboards and reports.
